Select Physical Therapy in Tampa (Fowler Ave), FL is now hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) . Join our clinical team of 3 PTs and 1 PTA treating 10 - 12 PPD! This center treats a primarily orthopedic caseload which includes neuro, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, amputees, fall prevention and ACL program. Our team is focused on providing specialty level care with a progressive, functionally based manual therapy approach to rehabilitation.Newly licensed and experience outpatient Physical Therapists, APPLY! Work Schedule : Full Time with up to 3 days working evening. General facility hours of operation are: Mon-Thurs 7-7pm, Friday 7-5pm.

Compensation : Starting at $70,000/yr for new grads plus up to $20,000 sign on bonus! Starting salary increases with experience! Indefinitely student debt benefit program option of $350/month available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.

• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.

• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.

• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.

• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy

• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start

• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
