Job Title: Payroll Support SpecialistJob Description

The Payroll Support Specialist will assist employees with questions regarding payroll processes and systems. The role involves fielding internal calls from directors, managers, and line workers to help them with inquiries about payroll processes and logging payroll information into systems. The specialist will track calls in an Excel spreadsheet and address questions about time off, timekeeping, benefit information, and policies. If unable to assist a caller, the specialist will identify the appropriate department for further help.

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tampa, Florida and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hours: 8/9am-5/6pm Monday through Friday. Hybrid: initially 4-5 days on-site until comfortable, then 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, 3rd TBD). Team: starting with 3 people. Dress: Business Casual. Office: 4030 W Boyscout Blvd - will need assistance to access the floor until badged in.
