Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the COO organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empower Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolve the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health. Enterprise Excellence offers frameworks, data insight, and efficiency-enabling products that are available to deploy across the enterprise.

The Engagement team within EE is a conduit between the internal user/Ops and Function Managers, and the EE Product Owners, Business Architecture (where relevant) and Execution Team. The Non-Technical Solutions Architect supports our engagement work in transformation with Services Operations and Balance Sheet Controls and Remediation The Engagement team will develop new relationships and partnerships, as well as maintain existing ones, with a clear goal of identifying and delivering fit-for-purpose insights and solutions leveraging EE products and process mapping to address process reengineering needs.

The Non-Technical Solutions Architect is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business and connecting the dots across operation team processes, Book of Work and best fit design/integration of EE products. Developed people leadership skills, communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Provides advice and counsel related to the EE products or operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

· Manage stakeholder relationships and lead transformation related discovery sessions with clients

· Responsible for business requirements and user stories, including grasping unstated expectations that better meet client needs

· Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.

· Use EE products and available data to generate client insights and drive adoption of EE Products and solutions

· Lead the creation of analytical reports, presentations, process documentation, oversee process mapping, and business cases.

· Develop data repository structure and methods for client advisory across EE products that can be leveraged to drive business insights and outcomes

· Manage work intake requests on behalf of clients and partner to improve EE product(s)/solutions to better support scaling based on user feedback/experience

· Providing implementation / post-implementation project support including metric design to measure improvements and benefit realization

· Build, foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and development of team members

· Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly

· Advisor to senior stakeholders and supervise through a matrixed reporting other team members assigned to projects under their responsibility

· Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

· 10+ years experience

· Understanding of process reengineering lifecycle – expertise in developing business cases and leading projects

· Must be extremely organized, motivated, curious, and a self-starter

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once

· Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

· Must work well under pressure whilst remaining enthusiastic, hard-working and positive

· Strong desire to improve processes supported by relevant experience

· Track record within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to lead/facilitate discussions and workshops

· Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge

· People leadership, team player and relationship management skills

· Transformation and Change Management professional

· Design Thinking and LEAN experience a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
