We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator for our client. The HubSpot admin will be the key individual responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our CRM platform, HubSpot. This role involves collaboration across departments to ensure that the platform effectively supports company operations and strategic initiatives. This contract-based position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for platform maintenance and configuration, ensuring HubSpot is optimized to support our sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

• Regularly review and audit HubSpot features to ensure we are fully leveraging the platform.

• Manage integrations with other platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.

• Provide technical support to HubSpot end-users, offering solutions and training as needed.

• Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

• Monitor platform performance, reporting any irregularities.

• Set up and maintain automated workflows, sequences, and templates for various departments.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand and map out their processes in HubSpot.

• Design and implement HubSpot solutions that enhance inter-departmental collaboration and efficiency.

• Support marketing efforts by developing and tracking lead scoring models, and template design.

• Coordinate with customer service to ensure ticketing and feedback mechanisms are streamlined.

• Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and best practices and provide training sessions for users.

• Generate regular reports on platform usage, lead conversion, sales pipelines, and other relevant KPIs.

• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving HubSpot.

Requirements • Extensive experience in managing CRM systems

• Proficiency in using Database management tools

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Ability to interpret Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for decision-making

• Proven track record in creating effective Advertisements

• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies

• Experience in managing Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Campaign Planning and implementation

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing automation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong understanding of current marketing trends and strategies
