Manpower is partnering with a property management company for a Maintenance Technician to work in Tampa, FL.

Key responsibilities would be to handle daily maintenance of the affordable home communities including HVAC, Water heaters, Plumbing, Electrical, and Drywall. You will handle communication and scheduling with tenants and know when to escalate any situation that needs to be outsourced. You must be technically savvy to work through their internal system and be EPA certified.
