The role you’ll contribute:

Perform specific tasks or routines supportive to delivery of patient care in the assigned nursing unit under the direction of a Registered Nurse in accordance with Division of Nursing standards.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Introduces self to patient and explains role in their care.

· Make the Time: when leaving the bedside ask, “Is there anything else I can do for you?”

· Demonstrating a supportive learning attitude.

· Turning and repositioning patient according to policy.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· High School education or equivalent

· Completion of an approved EMT course

· Florida State Certification as Nurse Assistant or, EMT or Paramedic

· Current BLS
