Job Title Director, BEST Finance Master Data
Division: Corp Finance, BEST (Business, Expertise, Service and Technology)

What You Will Learn:
Ensure Controlling Master Data tasks are performed accurately and on time
Point of contact of team local team for technical/operative questions.
Perform quality analysis between Fi-CO Modules in SAP
Key user of Controlling Master data projects/initiatives. Implementation & execution
Identification of process improvements, harmonization’s gap, risks alert etc.
Achieve Controlling Master data goals
Maintain Chart of accounts PCoA, OCoA, LCoA, ACoA, ICoA,TCoa, Check and update the information according of the group request
Maintain and update cost centers, cost elements and profits centers
Interact with General Ledger, I2P and Treasury teams in the spirit of end-to-end process implementation
Prepare guidelines according to TAP processes
Responsible for delivering processes framed by MDM manager i.e. accurately and in a timely manner and propose improvements
Responsible for MDM Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance dashboards for the group of entities assigned and propose action plans when needed
Drive process improvement & standardization in the countries under his/her responsibility
Contact of the external audit
Monitoring and active support to keep data integration between SAP and other L’Oréal systems (e.g. My Market, Compass, Tiger, Contact).
Analysis of data discrepancies between FI and CO modules in SAP
Creation and modification of Cost centers, cost elements, sales orders, investment orders, allocation rules, Cost centers hierarchy.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in in Accounting or Finance
10 Years of experience in accounting, finance or financial data department
3-5 Years of experience leading teams
Supplier relationship experience
Knowledge of accounting rules, standards and regulations related
Knowledge of accounting processes and internal control principles
Respects deadlines and manages priorities
Has a rigorous and precise approach
Teamwork and knowledge sharing
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Teamwork and knowledge sharing
Ability to perform appropriate controls
Ability to communicate
Ability to work in groups and delegate tasks
Ability to multi-task
Ability to enforce compliance on process and accounting rules
Change management experience / Growth mindset
