Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Core Java Developer to join their team. As a Core Java Developer, you will be part of the development team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Core Java Developer

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $75/hr

What's the Job?

• Design, develop and support applications using Java technologies and Spring Framework.

• Implement Microservice architecture and Java Webservices as needed.

• Utilize relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle.

• Execute Unix/Linux Shell commands effectively.

• Collaborate using Git/Bitbucket and adhere to SDLC standards and code quality practices.

What's Needed?

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Hands-on experience with JMS, Kafka, and Redhat OpenShift is a plus.

• Prior experience in the financial industry and Reference Data Management is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
