We are excited to announce openings as a Controls Technician in our Controls Division .

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of control wiring, controllers, sensors, and software.

  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. 

  • Manages assigned work to meet professional execution, of time and customer satisfaction in an ethical matter.

  • Provides training to customers on electronic control systems operations.

  • Diagnoses and repairs complex electronic system malfunction’s.

  • Provides support and training to the mechanical staff on building automation systems.

  • Other duties related to the programming, commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management systems as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems

  • Understanding of typical HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, heat pump systems, air handlers, and terminal equipment.

  • Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.

  • PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC related software.

  • Preferred:  Experience with Tridium, Carrier, Metasys, Trane, and any other controls systems.
