Exciting opportunity with a reputable Tampa organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the accounting, IT, and human resources functions for a small company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

o Oversee all accounting functions, information technology and human resources functions.

o Oversee accounts payable operations.

o Oversee billing process.

o Coordinate with IT technician and ensure all computers are secure and operational.

o Process payroll on a biweekly basis. Review quarterly and annual payroll tax filings.

o Manage all Human Resource requirements and responsibilities.

o Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

o Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, along with supporting schedules.

o Monitor cash flow on a monthly and annual basis.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

o Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related

o 10+ years of work experience

o Experience working in small companies

o Advanced Excel
