BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Pool RNs to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Hospital in Tampa!

The Clinical Nurse Department Pool I is responsible for:

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

• Professional accountability and development.

• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to the child.

Position Details:

• Location: St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center – Tampa, FL

• Status: POOL, Non-Exempt

• Schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

• Shift: Nights

• Weekend Work: Every other

• On Call: Yes

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RN (Registered Nurse)

• Nurse Specialty – preferred

Required Education :

• Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

• Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing

Experience:

• Required 18 months RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
