The ro le you’ll contribute:

The Clinical Manager Invasive Cardiology is responsible for managing, supervising, and assisting with the delivery of patient care and all related staff activities within the assigned areas according to the policies, philosophy, and mission of the Invasive Cardiology Department and AdventHealth Tampa. Responsible for efficient management of workflow process. Maintains working relationships with medical staff, ancillary departments and nursing units. Monitors patient outcomes and care paths of invasive cardiology patients and engages in the analysis of specialty-specific clinical data. Assist with meeting all requirements of regulatory bodies to include monitoring performance standards set forth by the American College of Cardiology. Actively involved with strategic planning and implementation of performance improvement projects. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Collaborates with the Director on the day-to-day operations. Occasional call

· Responsible for the human resource management in assigned areas to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines. Demonstrates and solicits support of hospital and department policies to achieve employee compliance.

· Resolve employee issues, provide support, and guidance.

· Encourage growth of employees by mentoring, teaching, and support.

· Implements necessary training program for all staff and Supervisors in order to increase the operations of the department.

Qualifications

T he expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· Associate Degree or Higher Education

· Five (5) year’s Cath Lab or EP Lab experience

· Current Florida License in RT, RCIS or RN

· BLS certification

· ACLS certification
