  • American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid Florida driver's license

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive local law and federal background check.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

*[Job Description: [We are seeking a Personal Support Caregivers to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for providing direct care and support to adults with disabilities, promoting their well-being, independence, and community integration.

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to adults with disabilities in accordance with their individualized care plans.
  • Support individuals in daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and other tasks as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages independence and community engagement.
  • Maintain open communication with individuals, their families, and other team members to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and social outings using your dependable car with updated registration.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
  • Complete required documentation, including daily progress notes and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as case managers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
