Description We are seeking a meticulous Auditor and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate documentation. As an Auditor and Compliance Specialist, you will be tasked with reviewing and updating employee files, managing DOT documentation, and utilizing ADP for various tasks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all documentation, including 401k and immigration paperwork, are compliant and up-to-date.

• Auditing employee files to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Implementing a new program to verify the accuracy and compliance of all files.

• Leveraging ADP and other financial services for various tasks.

• Assisting in the digitization of old file cabinets, as a side project.

• Maintaining meticulous records of all compliance activities.

• Independently managing tasks with a keen attention to detail.

• Collaborating with the HR team on various compliance-related projects.

• Handling employee relations and benefit functions in compliance with FMLA.

• Ensuring seamless communication across all levels within the organization. Requirements • Candidate must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential.

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required.

• Knowledge of Ceridian software is necessary.

• Competence in using Dayforce is expected.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions is a must.

• Strong communication skills are necessary.

• Compliance management skills are crucial.

• Experience in Employee Relations is required.

• Familiarity with FMLA is essential.
