Citigroup Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst in Tampa, Florida
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.
Duties: Responsible for project planning and execution of multiple initiatives related to software robotic and Low-code/No-code platform development. Design, develop, and deliver business solutions within project timelines and oversee vendor budgets and contracts. Program the operational manual process across Citigroup by implementing Robotic Process Automation tools based on business and risk requirements. Address business critical milestones through solutioning and assisting through Low-code and process automation platforms. Identify and replace manual processes with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) leveraging RPA risk and control framework. Participate in project planning and project execution for multiple initiatives related to software robotic, DevOps, and software development. Evaluate and strategize platform offerings to support software robotic and Low-code/No-code product initiatives. Provide budgetary proposals and impact analysis for senior management for hosting platform as a service for software robotic and Low-code/No-code platform initiatives. Oversee ongoing risks identified by businesses and technology teams by utilizing proprietary tools to record, track, and close operational and technology risks and track compliance requirements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation in the Information Technology or Financial Services industry. The employer will accept three (3) years of university-level studies plus two (2) years of relevant experience in meeting the bachelor’s degree requirement. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Employer will accept pre or post bachelor’s degree experience. Five (5) years of experience must include: Identifying and implementing automation solutions, conducting feasibility analysis, and creating business/functional requirements; Preparing design documents with process flow/architectural diagram(s), integrations and recommending suitable technology solutions; Project planning and execution using tools including JIRA, Microsoft Project, Project Tracking System, or other project management tools; Working with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) process including defining change management governance using ServiceNow, RLM, or CI-CD tools; Leading DevOps, Operations, Infrastructure, Tech mandatory migrations/upgrades and strategic projects; and Serving as subject matter expert in Intelligence Automation products and operating systems & database(s) including Automation Anywhere, Selenium, Boardwalk, Xceptor, Appian, and Celonis with deployment architecture of Cloud/Container(s) Infrastructure expertise. 40 hrs./wk.
