Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Lead Qlik Sense development and manage dedicated Qlik Sense Infrastructure for building Single Node and Multimode Cluster Environment including capacity planning, installation, and configuration. Responsible for Qlik Sense Server maintenance, creating tasks and scheduling jobs for QlikView Data (QVD) Extracts and Reloads. Responsible for Qlik Sense deployments to DEV, UAT, COB and Production environments. Oversee any End of Vendor support software migrations, remove vulnerabilities in the software used, and ensure no impact to application. Perform front end designing to build the interface with a focus on usability features. Conceptualize, design, develop, and provide support for Qlik Sense/QlikView dashboards. Integrate data sources and databases with Qlik Sense/QlikView and develop data models and backend quires for presenting data. Create dashboards by extracting data from database, store them as QVD files, and write the scripts and develop the user interface. Normalize data using data modeling approaches and report data in various forms and create screens so users can select multiple options and generate report on an ad-hoc basis. Connect Qlik Sense/QlikView to multiple data sources that include Oracle, SQL Server, and Flat Files to extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data. Design various front-end objects like Line, Bar Pie, Straight, Pivot Tables, as well as other sheets objects like List boxes, Multi boxes, Slider, Current selections box, Buttons, Text objects, Bookmarks. Create entitlements and Implement security rules in Qlik Management Console (QMC) to enable the Authentication and Authorization processes. Create dashboards using Qlik Sense extensions objects and mashups. Read and create the content of Qlik Sense engine Hypercube and Build web components such as mashups and widgets. Identify the Qlik Sense API to interact with data in Qlik Sense from mashups. Alter existing code base and dashboards to increase operational efficiency and to adapt to new requirements. Create Qlik Sense mashups to develop web-based application using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Analyze business data using database interpreters like SQL Developer to uncover data patterns. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Programming, Engineering (any), or related field and 6 years of experience as an Applications Development Programmer Analyst, Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, or related position involving QlikView to design and develop analytics reports and dashboards for the financial services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 8 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Full span of experience must include: Application designing, architecting, development, and deployment using QlikView; Data transformation, QlikView Data (QVD) file creation, and set analysis; Data integration through extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from multiple sources that include Oracle, SQL Server, and Flat Files; Data modeling and performance optimization; and Implementation of entitlements to the application. Additionally, 1 year of experience must include: QlikView and Qlik Sense business intelligence tools; Qlik Sense Infrastructure for building Single Node and Multimode Cluster Environment including capacity planning, installation, and configuration; and Relational database management system including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
