Job Title: Immediate Trade Partner Management Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Partner Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with insurance documentation, and supporting process improvements. This role requires excellent time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Collect and submit required insurance documentation from suppliers and vendors through a standardized outreach process.
Evaluate vendor/supplier insurance compliance status by running reports through (semi-)automated processes.
Support the creation of new supplier/vendor agreements and review submitted documents for completeness.
Regularly review current system data for accuracy and update as needed.
Utilize systems for the creation and management of contracts.
Manage vendor portal for trade partner setup and management.
Process requests from field partners and offices to change vendor/supplier hold status.
Process requests through Service Now to update vendor/supplier data.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation as needed.
Recognize situations requiring escalation, such as repeated deficient documentation or credit holds.
Manage time efficiently to execute workload.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Spanish bilingual is a plus
Strong organizational skills
Past experience managing vendor contracts
Experience collecting certificates of insurance
Work Environment
The position requires working onsite from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. The office is located near International Mall and the Airport and features a nice office setting with cubicle-style desks. You will be assisting divisions in the Western United States, so hours are adjusted to account for the time difference. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the department or other roles within the support center, with cross-training provided between contracts and insurance parts of the job.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
