Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Tampa, Florida. As part of our team, you will be working closely with account management and finance teams, processing orders, creating invoices, and, if you possess additional skills, potentially contributing to the administration realm. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders and create invoices

• Maintain an efficient system of account receivables and ensure timely collections

• Collaborate with account management and finance team for smooth operations

• Utilize skills in QuickBooks and Excel for various financial tasks

• If capable, contribute additional skills in the Accounts Receivable administration realm

• Manage customer credit applications and maintain accurate records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take action on delinquent payments

• Ensure all cash applications are performed correctly

• Handle customer credit inquiries and resolve any issues

• Perform account reconciliation tasks when necessary

This is a permanent position that will pay up to $46,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing processes and procedures

• Knowledge of Cash Applications and Cash Collections

• Experience with Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with QuickBooks software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven problem-solving skills
