Description We are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity in TALLMADGE, Ohio, for a Billing Clerk. This role is integral to our team, facilitating necessary accounting functions and ensuring smooth operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing billing, accounts receivable, and customer inquiries in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Uphold the accuracy of customer credit records.

• Handle billing and accounts receivable tasks.

• Utilize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for various tasks.

• Assist in answering inbound calls when necessary.

• Maintain a high level of proficiency with Excel.

• Ensure prompt and correct bill payments. Requirements • Applicant should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Billing Clerk

• Proficiency in Computerized Billing is required

• Demonstrable knowledge of Accounting Functions is essential

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls effectively

• Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is expected

• Strong skills in Excel are required

• Experience in managing Bill Payment is a plus
