ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a potential Technical Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client in the Tallahassee, FL area. This potential role will be critical in helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in a state-wide implementation effort. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for large-scale projects.

  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and requirements.

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Conduct detailed process analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Create comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user stories.

  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and tracking activities.

  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

  • Identify and manage risks and issues related to project requirements and scope.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analysis processes and methodologies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large project environments.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions.

  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user stories.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in technology or software development projects.

  • Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).

  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
