Senior Manager, Total Reward s, Americas & Global Functions
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards, Americas & Global Functions role is responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing compensation programs to support the organization’s business goals for assigned geographies and functions. This role ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices across North America and global functional teams. The Sr. Manager will partner with the regional team, global CoE, and HR and business leaders to provide expertise in compensation, conduct market analyses, and support the execution of compensation initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This position reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, Americas.
On a typical day you will:
Compensation Program Administration
Assist in managing and administering compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs for the Americas region and global functions.
Conduct job evaluations, analyze job levels, and provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Support the development of global compensation strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Market Benchmarking & Analysis
Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to benchmark positions and ensure competitive pay practices.
Perform annual market pricing and analyze pay practices to maintain alignment with industry trends.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for pay adjustments, equity awards, and incentive programs.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze and report on compensation trends, employee pay equity, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws).
Prepare data and insights for senior leadership, HR, and business partners to support decision-making.
Global Functions Support
Collaborate with global function leaders to address compensation needs for their teams, ensuring consistency across regions.
Serve as a partner and liaison to Global HR Business partners to ensure consistent and equitable practices across functional client groups, while balancing regional nuances and practices.
Policy Development and Compliance
Ensure compliance with regional and global pay regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies.
Develop and update compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines in collaboration with the HR team.
Collaboration and Support
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to align compensation strategies with broader talent and financial objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert to answer compensation-related inquiries and provide guidance on best practices.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on compensation design and analysis (5+ years with advanced degree)
Experience with global compensation programs and working in a multinational organization with cross-functional teams.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and compensation benchmarking surveys
Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity laws, and global compensation practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Ability to influence stakeholders leveragingdata driven insights to inform decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be available and willing to work EST hours. This role can be hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to company offices or events as required. Flexible working hours may be needed to accommodate global collaboration.
