Job Overview:

This position is responsible for developing, conducting, monitoring, and evaluating statewide licensing trainings to ensure uniform application of regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and recommendations to licensing staff and management.

  • Assist with policy development and compliance monitoring.

  • Develop training materials, including PowerPoints and guides.

  • Train and mentor licensing staff statewide.

  • Monitor program effectiveness and compliance.

  • Participate in regional visits, team monitoring, and statewide training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree(required). Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Security background check, including fingerprinting.

  • Knowledge of licensing policies, statutes, and administrative rules.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
