Your Specific Responsibilities

Provide system administration of the AIMS database, to include responding to technical assistance requests. Request, plan and implement system updates and enhancements in coordination with HIV IT team.

Responsible for some or all of the preparation collection, and aggregation of data for the annual HRSA Program Terms, Progress reports and MAI Annual Plan and Final Expenditure reports. Responsible for ensuring reports are submitted timely in the HRSA Electronic Handbook.

Participate in technical development projects, requirements gathering and project management internally and with external sources to maintain the effective operation of the AIMS data infrastructure. Develops, maintains and updates end and administrative user manuals.

Oversee the new user access process associated with AIMS. Responsible for maintaining an active directory of users by tracking new user access forms and revoking access as requested and necessary. Provide monthly web-based trainings for users; ensure providers/users update monthly and annual reports in AIMS.

Coordinate and plan for the creation and update of AIMS-related reports on the Report Portal with the HIV IT team.

Assist, as assigned by supervisor, with the submission of the semi-annual Ryan White Services report to HRSA and participates in the production of the monthly quality metric reports and associated performance review. Assist as needed with the production and submission of the annual performance report for HOPWA.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of methods of compiling, organizing and analyzing data. Ability to: plan and develop programs and program components, to evaluate and monitor service delivery and implement corrective action plans, to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments, to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures, to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum-High School Diploma/GED

Preferred – AA or BS Degree
