JOB SUMMARY: This position performs contract management activities and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with procurement documents and contracts, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
Negotiating contracts
Developing procurement documents and contracts
Initiating contract amendments, extensions, and renewals
Developing and implementing contract monitoring plans
Communicating monitoring results internally and to the vendor
Reviewing and Processing invoices
Monitoring, maintaining and reconciling contract budgets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least two years of contract management experience with any State of Florida Government Agency.
Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
PREFERENCES:
Currently a Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) or held a FCCM certificate within the last five years.
Working knowledge and experience using MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) applications (i.e., AOD- NextGen, Buyer, Vendor Information Portal, etc.).
Formal and informal procurement experience with any State of Florida Government Agency.
SPECIAL NOTES:
This position is part-time telework eligible after training and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached

SALARY: $44,060.16 - $61,654.20
