Our Digital Analytics Program drives metrics and analytics capability. You will work in an end-to-end Product Management Delivery model with customer-focused business managers, product owners, product designers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver next-gen analytics innovation.

We are looking for an Adobe Target Developer (A/B Testing) to join our Digital Experimentation Team dedicated to supporting our digital teams by creating and implementing A/B tests and Personalization solutions across our websites through collaboration with cross-functional teams, our team creates experiments.

What you’ll be able to do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Adobe Target solutions to build test and personalization campaigns.

  • Execute best practices for technical implementations and provide a strategy to achieve exceptional solutions using Adobe Target

  • Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touchpoints

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility to execute tests and personalized experiences

  • Collaborate with user experience designers to ensure that test variants align with the design system and branding

  • Ability to communicate and closely partner with colleagues in several different business functions

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix any configuration and integration issues

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences and tool implementation

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

  • 2+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform.

  • Demonstrate experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript, CSS, and HTML used in Adobe Target development.

  • 2 years of experience in Agile practices (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, etc.)

Our preferred requirements:

  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

  • Adobe Target on Web and App implementation experience desirable

  • Understanding of AEM, Adobe Launch, and Target-related requirements

  • Software Craftsmanship Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD. Experience helping solve application and performance issues.

  • Provide Agile artifacts associated with application components.

  • Prior experience on Customer-facing websites

  • Understanding of user behaviors on automotive OEM eCommerce experiences

  • Able to manage time effectively within a complex environment, and always remain composed in the event of conflicting priorities.

  • Inquisitive, proactive, and interested in learning new tools and techniques.

  • Evidence of strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and critical thinking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

  • Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement
