Calling all accounting clerks!! This is a great opportunity in accounts receivable. The right candidate with proven history of; accounts receivable, reconciliations, month end and proficient in excel. This role is for career minded individuals with a heart for accounting. The role is $18 and a great company! If you qualify please !

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

accounts receivable, invoices, proficient in excel, month end, reconciliations

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Bank Reconciliations (1 year of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (1 year of experience is required)

• Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)

• Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)

• Quickbooks (1 year of experience is preferred)

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 2 years

• Experience level: Experienced
