[[A Part-time tutor for the Alabama School for the Blind (ASB) is responsible for providing the highest level of front line care for our students. Our tutors make effective decisions and solve problems using sound judgment, guided initiative and teamwork.
[**[ABOUT YOU [[You will play a vital role at ASB by tutoring students who need additional help with homework and enrichment educational activities across the curriculum. This will be accomplished by demonstrating flexibility, a positive attitude, and professional maturity.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of and ability to provide instruction on specific subject to be tutored.
- Must have one (1) year of experience with children in an educational setting.
