JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead client's oracle supply chain process by configuring oracle supply plan, providing business analysis and analytical SCM solutions to guide management and operational decision-making.  Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing oracle planning and SCM tools & technologies. Lead system implementation & support by designing oracle advanced supply chain planning (ASCP), material requirements planning (MRP) and oracle Capacity and constrained planning, oracle purchasing inventory. Further, perform fit-gap analysis for these modules. Design, develop and optimize solutions for demand planning process as per oracle cloud planning central, global order promising, Bill of Material (BOM) and order management tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to integrate supply chain processes with other business functions. Develop training plans and conduct trainings & workshops for management and end-users on oracle supply chain applications. Create and manage documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures with business process mapping. Conduct system functional, integration & business scenario testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle supply chain applications. Develop and execute test plans for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Systems, Information Technology, or Information Systems/CIS/MIS, Engineering with Five years of experience in Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst/ Functional Analyst in Oracle SCM. At least three of those years of experience must be with technical skills such as Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Oracle Capacity and constrained Planning Module, Oracle EBS and Cloud Purchasing, Inventory Management, EBS Order Management (OM), Oracle Supplier Management and Supplier Qualification, Oracle BOM, Oracle Costing, Oracle GOP, Testing, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) to perform Go-Live activity and production support.
