The target salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $20.00 - $25.00. What you'll do: Responsibilities: As the first point of contact, you will assist our members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service. Display an engaging, on-screen presence, positive attitude, and effective communication style through video conferencing. Requirements: One year experience a customer service position required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. In addition: Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available. Our hours: To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule.
