Description

We are in need of a meticulous HR Specialist to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. The role will focus on implementing HR software, managing digital files, data entry, and transitioning from the shared file drive to a new system. This is a short term contract employment opportunity in the Human Resources industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR processes, technical adaptability, and experience in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementations to ensure the transition is seamless and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and managing HR software to streamline processes

• Conducting regular audits for compliance and accuracy

• Efficient transfer of all files from shared drive to the new system, Paylocity

• Ensuring proper data entry and maintenance of digital files

• Handling HR administrative duties as needed

• Utilizing strong communication skills to resolve any issues or inquiries

• Ensuring all HR practices are in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Auditing, with an emphasis on HR-related matters

• Strong Communication skills, able to effectively convey information and interact with all levels of the organization

• Solid understanding and experience in Compliance, particularly within an HR context

• Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including but not limited to policies, procedures, and employee relations

• Proficiency in using Human resources software, such as HRIS or ATS

• Accurate and efficient Data Entry skills, ideally within a HR setting

• Experience in managing Digital Files, including secure storage and retrieval of sensitive HR documents TalentMatch®
