We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technical Support team, ideally in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the director of Service Operations. In this remote role, you will improve systems, processes, and reporting related to Customer Support. This includes translating business requirements into user stories, coordinating with IT for developments, testing solutions, and providing user training and documentation. What you'll do: Translate new business requirements into user stories, follow-up on IT developments, test the solution, and provide user training and documentation Ensure end to end solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions, and process areas Ensure that solutions support long-term company goals while delivering maximum incremental short-term benefits Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Customer Support and AI solutions and understand both upstream and downstream integration points Manage stakeholder relationships and understand business priorities and strategic initiatives Support business activities with respect to data requirements, data flow, data analytics, and modeling Provide input to the IT Business Application Portfolio and Systems Integration roadmap Recommend business process improvements proactively What you'll bring: 5+ years of directly related professional experience Proven experience with leading CRM tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud Experience in business/data analysis, ability to translate ambiguous information into analytical insights, and consistent track record of driving data-based solutions Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate competing priorities with a positive attitude Superb communication and presentation skills and ability to filter and convey relevant information to the appropriate audience Committed to identifying and presenting innovative ideas to improve processes, tools, and performance High degree of professionalism, integrity, and the drive to go above and beyond Self-motivated with outstanding time management skills, and able to work with minimal direction Bachelor's degree or higher in a related area What success looks like: After six months, you will... Have a solid understanding of the end-to-end business processes Be able to use all the business system functionality, on top of the day-to-day operations and challenges Analyze the additional data beyond enhancements and be able to test and validate what's developed After one year, you will... Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes Collaborate with peers and teams across the organization on various initiatives Be a go-to person and key contributor to the success of the Customer Support organization
