Selfdir Cent Respite DSP - Self Direction Staff

Job Purpose: Assist individuals with brain injury, intellectual disabilities, and other neurological disabilities in achieving a challenging, stimulating, dignified life by serving as an advocate and liaison for and on behalf of individuals’ rights and benefits.

Essential Functions:

To assist a young boy with activities that will help with his development. Care is needed for mostly after school, during school holidays and on the weekends. The individual prefers to stay in the house playing on his iPad but would like someone to accompany him as he swims at the YMCA. He also likes to visit the zoo, sky zone and getting ice cream at Carvels.

Schedule:

After school and Weekends

Can be flexible

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour-$22.50/hour
