Description

Haun Welding Supply is seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have administrative and office experience, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors

• Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate department

• Receive, sort and forward incoming mail

• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies

• Perform administrative duties for purchasing and credit departments

• Assist with other related administrative duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying

Requirements

• Prior front desk, administrative, and or office experience required

• High School Education or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Excellent computer skills

• A very positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
