The Program Manager is responsible for managing initiatives and overseeing the growth and development of the D'Aniello Institute's Community Services' Community of Practice (CoP), which through application of research and evidence-based practices brings together veteran serving communities to share in best practices, elevate learning, improve service delivery, and inform policy implementation. In this highly collaborative role, the Program Manager supports the strategic alignment of the CoP across the Community Services (C/S) portfolio as well as the IVMFs policy group and other internal as well as external stakeholders, develops strategic and growth plans that are aligned with the C/S portfolio goals and strategic imperatives of the IVMF, leads the development and execution of CoP gatherings and other materials/events, and publishes pieces of thought leadership related to work of the C/S team. Under the direction of the Director of Community Services, the Program Manager collaborates closely with colleagues to support the C/S business development strategy. This individual will identify opportunities with foundations and corporate funders for engagement, assist in the development of proposals and grant applications.

This position is anticipated to be filled in the Syracuse, New York area. Candidates may be considered on a fully remote basis if residing outside of the Syracuse/Central New York area. Not all geographical areas within the United States are eligible.
