This position serves as an Installation Manager for the Onward to Opportunity program in the National Capital Region and will be part of a team delivering a comprehensive, best-in-class, education and skills-training program to assist transitioning service members and active-duty spouses across high-demand industry sectors and occupations through the provision of industry-specific skills and credentials. This position will be based in the Washington, DC area, and will be responsible for conducting relationship management, recruitment, referral, program coordination, and execution for that military installation. This position coordinates services with the IVMF enrollment, advising, and alumni teams; as well as external community partners. This position works closely with the National Program Director and reports to the Senior Installation Program Manager.
