NY1506834 Case Managers

Helio Health located in Syracuse, NY is looking for Case Managers to support its mission of promoting recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. This role is vital to the management and coordination of services to patients/residents participating in, or who have completed our treatment programs.

Qualifications -High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. -Qualified Health Professional (QHP) preferred. -Two years of experience working with behavioral health and/or substance abuse issues. -Candidates with lived experience encouraged to apply. -Valid NYS Drivers License preferred.
