Administrative, Contract and Facilities Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in the planning and delivery of Arc services with specific concentration on Contract Services and Facilities operations. Your responsibilities will also include establishing system organization and maintaining databases and files. You will be a representative of management and should utilize effective customer services skills, promoting cooperation and support for individuals and staff.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • 1-3 years related administrative experience

  • Combination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals above standards

  • Computer, administrative and communication skills to fulfill position requirements.

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office operating systems.

  • Excellent skills in organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are required.

  • Valid NYS Driver's License
