What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, measure, and adjust performance results; manage budgets and costs.

• Provide vision and strategies, align business goals with regional and organizational strategies of the Midwest Region and Heidelberg Materials organization.

• Create production plans, adapt to market conditions.

• Lead and develop management, ensure effective talent strategies.

• Build key customer relationships, engage with industry and community, direct sales and marketing.

• Identify and implement improvements, leverage technology for better customer experience and cost savings.

What Are We Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years in the construction industry, with exposure to multiple product lines (aggregates preferred).

• 7-10 years in sales, operations, or engineering roles, with a focus on safety.

• Prior leadership experience required, union environment experience desirable. Strong team motivation and guidance skills.

• Solid understanding of operations and sales, with in-depth financial knowledge (P&L, EVA, budgeting).

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, strong negotiation skills, and sound decision-making abilities.
