HVAC Service Technician

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring HVAC Service Technicians for commercial projects in the Mid-Atlantic area. The pay range is $25 - $40 per hour based on experience. All HVAC Service Technicians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen.

Job Duties

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems

• Ensure condensation drain line is clear and working properly

• Troubleshoot defective systems and make corrections

• Identify and correct faulty equipment

• Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents and ductwork

• Ensure compliance with appliance standards in Health and Safety Act

• Troubleshoot/repair gas and oil fired furnaces

• Troubleshoot/repair residential and commercial split system AC’s and heat pumps

• Troubleshoot/Repair ductless mini splits

HVAC Service Technicians Requirements

• 1+ years of Related Construction experience

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

• Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Drug Test Required

• Background Check Required
