Description We are recruiting an experienced Human Resources (HR) Assistant for our team based in SYCAMORE, Illinois, United States. This role involves a variety of HR-related duties, including managing HR communications, maintaining personnel records, and processing payroll updates.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately documenting staff alterations and performance evaluations.

• Efficiently scheduling tasks related to new employee onboarding.

• Handling payroll alterations in a timely and accurate manner.

• Overseeing all communication tasks within the Human Resources department.

• Ensuring the HR filing systems are well-organized and up-to-date.

• Utilizing HRMS and About Time software tools to streamline HR processes.

• Administering benefits and compensation in accordance with company policy.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all HR functions.

• Fostering positive employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

• Proficient in HRMS (Human Resource Management System).

• Familiarity with About Time software is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of Benefit Functions is required.

• Proficiency in Compensation Administration is needed.

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and laws is required.

• Excellent skills in Employee Relations are necessary.
