Summary: Maintenance Director Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Description:

Coordinates, plans, and directs the maintenance activities for the building, equipment and grounds. Oversees installations and repairs within area of expertise including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting in accordance with accepted codes. Oversees the handling and execution of all work orders, emergency work orders, building maintenance, and systems inspections. Assures the productivy and financial goals are met.

Manages and oversees daily operations regarding maintenance and asset management. Supervises staff engaged in performing activities in different maintenance areas. Oversees the repair, installment, and maintenance of machinery equipment, physical structures, pipe and electrical systems.

Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules. Assigns duties to works engaged in maintaining and repairing building structures and utilities. Compiles reports of costs on work completed.
