Job Title: Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move and stage products around the facility and loading dock.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and stage products.

• Load and unload products on the loading dock.

• Pick and pack products as needed.

• Lift 25lbs repeatedly.

• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers in a team environment.

• Read markings on boxes of products.

• Report and communicate in-process issues.

• Accomplish and manage tasks in a timely manner without constant direct supervision.

• Work according to food facility regulations.

Essential Skills

• Forklift experience

• Warehouse experience

• Picking and packing experience

• Ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly

Why Work Here?

This is a contract position through the peak season with the potential to turn into a contractor-to-hire position.

Work Environment

Food distribution facility. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am until close (working 8-10 hours days), and also working Saturdays as needed.

The pay range for this position is $19.65 - $19.65
