Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator in Swanton, Vermont

Adecco is recruiting for a Machine Operator on behalf of our client. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to grow in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review work orders and instructions provided by the production supervisor.

  • Set up machinery with proper threads/yarn and make necessary adjustments.

  • Thread yarn through creels, machines, guides, tensioners, and rollers per specifications.

  • Perform quality control by inspecting and reporting variances in yarn quality and overall product.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and production paperwork.

  • Follow specific machine maintenance schedules.

  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a regular 40-hour schedule.

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to company policies.

  • Willingness to learn and operate industrial machinery, such as tipping, braiding, and circular knitting machines.

  • Commitment to teamwork and helping beyond assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • 1–2 years of experience in an industrial or machinery setting preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Open, honest, and trustworthy.

  • Eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
