Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Swansea, South Carolina

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Starting at $75 - 85k/year

Job Description

Perform a wide variety of duties in the installation of new equipment, maintaining and repairing plant machinery and equipment, involving electrical and related trades. Analyze equipment problems electrically and demonstrate the ability to tear down machinery or equipment, replace or repair parts and reassemble properly. Must be able to work from prints, drawings, sketches, written and/or verbal instructions to perform duties. Install new equipment, run wiring, conduit, and basic electrical work. Work with plant electrician and become familiar with plant electrical panels and disconnects, and electrical equipment throughout the plant. Perform basic electrical maintenance on electronic equipment, as well as performing upgrades to plant as directed. Use of and familiarity with multi meter for electrical equipment. Perform preventative maintenance operations.

This is a fully on-site position in Swansea, South Carolina.

Available Shifts

  • Sunday to Thursday, 9:00pm to 5:00am

  • 223 Rotation, 6:00pm to 6:00am
