We are looking for a shift leader with prior DUNKIN' experience. Previous leadership experience preferred.

We highly prefer open availability but are more than willing to work with you.

PM SHIFTS ARE TYPICALLY 12PM-7:30PM

Shift Leaders are responsible for store operations in the absence of management.

Requirements

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality

• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred

• Must be able to delegate and supervise 2-5 employees.

• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments

• Must be able to work 12PM-730PM
