Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in Swanton, NJ. 12 Landscaping Laborers positions available. Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2025 through 11/30/2025, 8:00am-4:00pm, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Sunday, Schedule/shifts vary. Hours, & start/end times vary. Weekends & holidays are required. Overtime is required but varies. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $19.72/hr, $29.58/hr OT. Raise/bonus at employer's discretion.

Will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Including any combination of: seeding/sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging and raking. Random drug testing during employment.

Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly by check.

The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law.

If the worker completes 50% of the period of employment, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.

Upon completion of the work contract where or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

Employer will provide daily transportation to/from worksite locations to/from a central pick-up location.

Employer will reimburse in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.
