       License and Certification Qualifications: None requiredEducation Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.Experience Qualifications: One to three years of experience working on data analysis projects.Skills Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively; effective personal and interpersonal communication skills; skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Stata), and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for data analysis to support research and evaluation projects.1. Contribute to the design of high-quality research studies, evaluation projects, and reports. 2. Source data related to research studies, evaluation projects, and reports. 3. Provide data in response to data requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 4. Support supervisor in verifying and validating data, ensuring reproducibility of results and thorough documentation of processes. 5. Prepare reports and presentations, incorporating contemporary visualizations and communication strategies. 6. Present research and analytic findings clearly and concisely to key stakeholders. 7. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses as well as literature reviews. 8. Stay updated on current trends in research, data analysis, and data visualization, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is also required to talk, hear, stand, and walk. The employee may be required to use hands to touch, handle, feel, and/or reach. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
