Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all activities related to talent acquisition, initial onboarding, and orientation of new employees. You will leverage industry best practices to attract leading talent while providing strategic insight into talent market trends and their impact on the organization. Core Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates who align with the organization\'s business needs. Design interview guides to properly evaluate candidate values and competencies. Onboarding & Orientation: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization with a seamless and positive experience. Market Expertise: Provide expertise on the talent market, advising hiring managers on trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. Collaboration: Partner with HR and department leaders to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities are compliant with company policies and relevant labor laws.
