Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a skilled HR Specialist in Superior, Wisconsin. This role operates within the industry, providing vital support to our team. The HR Specialist will be instrumental in managing recruitment processes, overseeing payroll, and administering benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone screens and intake interviews as part of the recruitment process.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers.

• Manage job postings and review received applications.

• Oversee the completion of permanent employee paperwork and orientations.

• Handle weekly payroll tasks using Isolved software and liaise with the accounting manager.

• Administer benefits for new and current employees, including enrollment and changes.

• Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Utilize Office Suite for administrative tasks with high attention to detail. Requirements • The HR Specialist position necessitates at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.

• Expertise in benefits administration is required.

• Prior experience in payroll processing is necessary.

• Experience in creating and managing job postings is required.

• Must be adept at conducting permanent staff orientations.

• The ability to conduct phone screens is necessary.

• Experience in intake interviews is essential.
