Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Sunrise, Florida. This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls, maintaining customer records, and scheduling appointments. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues effectively

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

• Navigate through multiple screens efficiently to access customer information and process applications

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork during downtime

• Schedule fingerprinting appointments for customers

• Adapt to high call volume and ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently

• Contribute to a team of customer service representatives to manage the daily call volume

• Utilize a high level of tech-savviness to navigate software and databases efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling inbound customer calls and resolving customer issues.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Strong administrative skills, including data entry and managing customer records.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.

• Ability to multitask and handle high volume of calls efficiently.

• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.

• Patience and empathy to deal with customer complaints and issues.
